Rotor and stator do relative high-speed rotation through belt driven by a motor. The processed material produces helix impact force by its weight and external pressure from pump. The gap (can adjust) of colloid mill and rotor suffers strong shear force, frictional force, high frequency vibration, makes the material emulsify, disperse, smash.
Breaking chamber has 3 area, rough grinding area, fine grinding area, supermicro grinding area. You can get the great effect by adjusting the gap of rotor and stator (or circular processing).
